Philip George Bio
Philip George is an English DJ and electronic music producer from Nottingham, United Kingdom. Philip George Woodhead. In 2010, he started releasing music as Woody, throughout the label Liquicity. He started gaining attention around 2012, when popular youtuber MrSuicideSheep uploaded George’s track “Since Then”. In 2014, George released his official debut single “Wish You Were Mine”, which sampled Stevie Wonder’s song “My Cherie Amour”. The single was a huge success, and it reached number 2 in the UK Singles Charts, only second to Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk”. In 2015, George released his second single “Alone No More”, which reached number 5 in the UK Singles Charts. The next year, he did a collaboration with Dragonette on the song “Feeling This Way”. George has a platinum certified single and a gold certified one.
