Phillips, Craig & Dean Bio
Phillips, Craig and Dean is a band comprised of Randy Phillips, Shawn Craig, and Dan Dean. The band was formed in 1991 when Randy was trying to get a label to sign him in Nashville, Tennessee, and he was told that he should form a group instead. The band has since gotten 6 GMA Dove Award nominations and won four GMA Dove Awards.
The group’s top hits include Great Are You Lord, which was released in 2010 and hit several top hits lists. They produced an EP titled Hope for All the World, which was a Christmas EP released the same year. They have made several albums and released several singles since then. Other than the aforementioned GMA Dove Awards, the group has also won accolades such as No. 1 Song of the Year by CCM Magazine and two awards for Favorite Inspirational Artist Reader’s Choice by CCM Magazine (2005 and 2006).
