Polish Club Bio
Polish Club is an Australian indie-rock duo formed in Sydney in 2014. It consists of vocalist/guitarist David Novak and drummer John-Henry Pajak. The band made its independent debut in 2015 with an eponymous EP. Two years later, they released their debut LP “Alright Already” with Universal Music Australia. The album was met with critical acclaim and got a nomination for the Australian ARIA Award in the Best Rock Album category. Shortly after, the band released a second independent EP titled “Okie Dokie”. In 2019 the band issued their second full-length album “Iguana” and started touring Australia in support of the release. A single from this album titled “Clarity” was nominated to the APRA Awards for the “Most Performed Rock Work” prize category in 2020.
