POND Bio
Pond is a popular psychedelic band from Perth, Australia. The band was formed in 2008, consisting of Nick Allbrook, Jay Watson, Shiny Joe Ryan, James Ireland, and Jamie Terry. Pond released their debut album back in 2009, named Psychedelic Mango. The same year, the band released their second album named Corridors of Blissterday which took the members only five days to complete it. Their third album, named Beard, Wives, Denim, was recorded in 2010, but it was not released until 2012. Pond has released eight albums in total and they are recording their ninth album as of October 2019. Pond is often associated with the Australian psychedelic rock band Tame Impala since a lot of the members of Pond are also members of Tame Impala as well.
