Pooja Kumar Bio
Pooja Kumar is an American actress and television personality who was born on February 4th 1977 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. She was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, United States and she is of Indian descent. She also graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Pooja’s celebrity career began with her winning the Miss India USA in 1995 at the age of eighteen. Since then she has appeared in major Hollywood films including Man on a Ledge (2012) and Bollywood Hero (2009) where she starred opposite Chris Kattan. India’s most famous actor Amitabh Bachchan also selected Pooja as the most budding new star in his personal contest. After she starred in the 2003 film Flavors, Pooja was decorated with the Screen Actor Guild Award for Best Emerging Artist.
