Powfu Bio
Powfu is a Canadian rapper, singer, and songwriter. His real name is Isaiah Faber and he is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia. He released his first song, “Pocket Change” via SoundCloud, in February 2017 and it got very successful, getting more than 100 thousand streams in a few weeks. Later, he released the song “I Could Never Be Loved” that got over a million streams. He is known for his lo-fi type music and his collaborations with Filipino-British singer Beabadoobee. In 2020, Powfu and Beadadoobee released the single “Death Bed”. The song has received over 150 million streams on Spotify and peaked at No. 43 on the Billboard Hot 100, in March 2020. The song got over 10 million streams in the U.S. alone, 2.1 million in radio audience impressions and more than 2 thousand downloads sold.
