Prajwal Devaraj is an actor born on 4th July 1987 in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He is best known for appearing in Kannada films. He started his career in 2007, playing the role of Rahul in the film “Sixer”, for which he won the Suvarna Film Awards in the category of Best Debut Actor. That same year, he portrayed Guru in the crime film “Geleya ''. In 2008, he appeared in two films: “Gange Baare Thunge Baare” as Harsha and “Meravanige” as Vijay.
The following year, he appeared in three films: "Jeeva” as Jeeva, “Gulama” as Anil, and “Kencha” as Rahul. He went on to appear in the films “Murali Meets Meera” in 2011, “Gokula Krishna” in 2012, “Galaate” in 2013, “Jamboo Savari” in 2014, “Madha Mathu Manasi” in 2016, and others. Prajwal is also the recipient of the SIIMA Award for Best Actor – Critics for his role in the 2020 action crime thriller film “Gentlemen”.
