Walter Ray Allen Jr. was born on 20 July 1975 in Merced, California. He was a basketball player with 17 years of experience as a shooting guard. His height is 1.96m and he weighs 93kg. He attended the University of Connecticut. Walter was known by his nicknames on the field namely Gentleman, Ray-Ray, Jesus Shuttlesworth, Sugar Ray, and Skinny Walt. Ray Allen played for the Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics, Seattle Supersonics, and Miami Heat. The famous basketball player has won the NBA championship twice, has been selected for the First-team All-Big East twice, and was selected to appear in the NBA All-Star team ten times. During the Olympic Games in Sydney, 2000, he won an Olympic Gold Medal as part of the United States National team. Throughout the course of his career, Walter Ray has played 1300 games, with an average of 18.9 points per game and a Field Goal Percentage of 45.2. He retired in November 2016.
