Internet celebrity, Ray William Johnson is known for his eponymous YouTube channel. Born on 14th August 1981 in Oklahoma City, Ray has over 10 million subscribers and more than 2 billion views, making it one of the most popular channels on YouTube during its time. He is also known for creating the web series, ‘Equals Three’ on the same channel. In March 2014, he stayed the producer of the show but stopped his role on it and went on to produce other shows like ‘Booze Lightyear’, ‘Top 6’, and ‘Comedians On’. He has also branched out into other mediums like television and facebook. He made his cinematic debut in the independent film, ‘Who’s Driving Dougg’ alongside RJ Mitte. He is the founder of the production company Mom & Pop Empire which has produced several documentaries and web-series. His Facebook web series, ‘Riley Rewind’ was featured in Variety magazine as one of the best web series of 2013.
