REN Bio
Ren Gill, better known as Ren, is an English singer and songwriter from Brighton, England. He rose to fame through Money Game part 2 in 2020. The song became viral and a meme was created based on the second verse of the song, uniting a cutscene from Super Mario Galaxy with the song.
The young musician was discovered busking in Brighton in 2009 and signed by Sony in 2010, but soon became severely ill with Lyme Disease. He did not give up his career and released his debut album Freckled Angels on January 2, 2016, with the intention to raise awareness for his disease. The album featured 16 songs. In 2018, he released the single Blind Eyed with Sam Tompkins, and in 2019 he and his friends created the band The Big Push. In 2020, he released two EP’s, including Demos [Do Not Share] Vol. ll.
