Rich Froning Jr. is an American professional CrossFit athlete. Competing in the CrossFit Games every year since 2010, Froning became the first person to win “Fittest Man on Earth” four times when he won from 2011 to 2014. In 2015 and 2016, he switched over to the Team category and helped team CrossFit Mayhem Freedom win the CrossFit Games both years. Froning is one of the first individual to make a living from CrossFit, making over a million dollars in prize money on top of sponsorships with companies such as Reebok and Oakley.
