Ricky Eat Acid Bio
Ricky Eat Acid is a solo project from Sam Ray, the frontman for indie pop band Julia Brown. Sam was born on April 25th, 1991 in Baltimore, Maryland. His solo project focuses on the genres of electronic, ambient, experimental, and drone music. He began to release solo music in 2011 with the independent release of the album Seeing Little Ghosts Everywhere. In the same year he released a follow up album on the label Chill Mega Chill entitled Haunt U Forever. 2012 saw Ray release the single “A Smoothie Robot for Moon Mansion” on Bad Panda Records. In the same year he also released a new album entitled You Get Sick; You Regret Things through the label Orchid Tapes. His third studio album was released in 2014 titled Three Love Songs. 2015 saw the release of a single called “Context” and a mixtap entitled Mixtape. Sam released a new album via Terrible Records called Talk To You Soon.
