RIMON Bio
22 year-old RIMON is an Eritrean born Amsterdam based R&B artist. She is widely known for her first single released in 2018 titled, ‘Grace’, an upbeat R&B-electronic track produced by Samuel Kareem. The single was raved about by many online platforms such as i-D, Hero and Hypebae and said to be “a soulful, feel-good, totally beautiful Grace” by i-D. She then went on to release singles ‘Nighttime’ followed by ‘Realise’ which received a great review on Pitchfork describing her voice to be “plush and affectionate, a presence of pure positivity that skates around a soulful dancehall rhythm”. RIMON self-released her debut EP, ‘BBYGRL FOCU$’ in the same year with her second-most played track, ‘dust’ with 1.8 million plays on Spotify. She debuted her album with ‘dust’ on her performance on Colors x Studios on YouTube which currently has 3.3 million views.
