Rio Raj Bio
Rio Raj is an actor, TV host, and video jockey born in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. He began his acting career in 2011 as Pazhani in the TV series Kana Kaanum Kaalangal - Kaloori Saalai on Star Vijay. He worked as a video jockey with Sun Music, hosting shows like Kaloorikalam, Suda Suda Chennai, and Free Ah Vidu.
From 2016 to 2018, Rio starred as Saravanan in Star Vijay's Saravanan Meenatchi. His debut as a lead character in a movie was in 2019 as Shiva in the comedy-drama Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja, produced by Sivakarthikeyan. The following year, he starred as Gowtham in the short film Kadhal Ondru Kanden.
Rio participated in Jodi Number One, finishing third runner-runner-up. He contested in the fourth season of Bigg Boss Tamil, placing second runner-up. He has hosted Ready Steady Po, Wife Kaila Life, Jodi Number One Fun Unlimited, Dancing Super Stars, and Varutha Padatha Valibar Sangam. His acting credits include Sathriyan, Plan Panni Pannanum, and Kannamma Eannamma.
