Andrew Roachford MBE is an English singer, songwriter, and musician who performs pop-rock, soul, and, R&B music. He was born in London, England, on January 22, 1965. Andrew began his music career in 1987, and he released his debut studio project Roachford in 1988. He often performs with a band called the Roachford which features Andrew on vocals and keyboard, Hawi Gondwe on guitar, Derrick Taylor on bass guitar, and Chris Taylor on drums. His discography includes the hit singles Cuddly Toy, Only To Be With You, Lay Your Love On Me, This Generation, and the studio projects Permanent Shade Of Blue, The Roachford Files, Word of Mouth, and Twice in a Lifetime. His music was featured on the album The Legacy of Rn’B Slow Jamz alongside Luther Vandross, Joe, Ginuwine, Sade, and Usher.
