Ross Emery Detwiler, known as Ross Detwiler, is an accomplished American professional baseball player who excels as a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, on March 6, 1986.
Detwiler honed his skills during his formative years, playing for Wentzville Holt High School and Missouri State University. Detwiler embarked on his professional career in 2007 after being selected by the Washington Nationals. Throughout his career, Detwiler has showcased his talent with several MLB teams, including the Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, Chicago White Sox, San Diego Padres, and Cincinnati Reds. Notably, his tenure with the Cincinnati Reds provided him with opportunities to collaborate with esteemed teammates such as Nick Senzel, Alexis Diaz, and Jonathan India.
