Russell Howard is an English comedian, radio presenter, television presenter and actor born in Bath, England on March 23, 1980. He is best known for his television show Russell Howard’s Good News and his radio show The Russell Howard Hour. He is also known for his appearances on the show Mock the Week. In 2004 he was hired by BBC Radio 1 to write, sing and perform on the comedy radio show The Milk Run. Howard has also been part of the radio shows Political Animal, Banter, The Russell Howard Show and Russell Howard’s Perfect Christmas. In 2006 he made his debut on television as a panelist on the show Mock the Week. He has since been on the shows Live at the Apollo, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, The Graham Norton Show, The Jonathan Ross Show, Conan, The Big Fat Quiz of the Year, Red Nose Day 2013, A League of Their Own, Gadget Man, Room 101, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and more. In 2008 he released his first stand-up DVD titled Live and has since released the stand-up DVDs Live 2 – Dingledodies, Right Here Right Now, Wonderbox, and Recalibrate.
