Russkaja Bio
Hailing from Vienna, Austria, Russkaja is an Austrian band that performs ska punk and folk metal music. The band consists of Georgij Makazaria on vocals, Engel Mayr on guitar, H-G. Gutternigg on potete, Lea-Sophie Fischer on violin, Dimitrij Miller on bass guitar, Rainer Gutternigg on trumpet, and Mario Stübler on drums. Russkaja was formed in 2005, and in 2008, they released their debut studio project Kasatchok Superstar. Their discography includes the hit singles Energia, Wake Me Up, Get Lucky, Traktor, and the albums No One is Illegal, Kosmopoliturbo, and Russian Voodoo. Russkaja’s music was featured in the album Tanzcafe Arlberg alongside fellow musical artists Avalon Jazz Band, U.B. Dolls, Deladap, and Rumba de Bodas.
