Ryan Tubridy is a broadcaster born on 28th May 1973 in Booterstown, Dublin, Ireland. He is widely known for presenting the talk radio show “The Ryan Tubridy Show” and the chat show “The Late Late Show”. He was also the presenter of the radio breakfast show “The Fill Irish” on RTE 2fm. From 2004 to 2009, he was the presenter RTE One television chat show “Tubridy Tonight”. He later became a presenter on RTE Radio 1’s radio programme “The Tubridy Show”.
In 2010, he returned to RTE 2fm to present a morning show after the closing of “The Gerry Ryan Show” following the sudden death of the presenter. Tubridy was also the host of the “Rose of Tralee” show on two occasions. He published his first book, titled “JFK in Ireland”. His second book “The Irish Are Coming” in 2013. Tubridy was also named in Sunday Tribune’s Derek O’Connor’s list of top 10 icons of 21st-century Ireland.
