Salomon Armand Magloire Kalou, known as Salomon Kalou, is an Ivorian professional soccer player who plays as a winger, striker, and attacking midfielder in Europe’s top leagues. He was born in Oumé, Ivory Coast, pm August 5, 1985. Salomon spent his formative years playing for the youth setup at ASEC Mimosas, and he turned professional in 2003 when he signed with Feyenoord. He has since represented Chelsea, Lille, Hertha BSC, and Botafogo. Throughout Salomon’s time with Chelsea, he won the Premier League, FA Cup, and UEFA Champions League playing alongside Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, John Terry, and Petr Cech. He also represented Ivory Coast in international men’s soccer competitions from 2007 to 2017.
