Sam Frost Bio
Samantha Frost (born April 4, 1989) is a Sydney-based media personality and soap opera actress. In 2014, Frost won season 2 of The Bachelor Australia.
She went on to star in the inaugural season of The Bachelorette in Australia, which aired in 2015. Following her appearances on reality TV series, Frost went on to co-host a breakfast radio show for 2Day FM in 2017 and began her acting career as Jasmine Delaney on the Australian soap opera Home and Away.
Frost was born in Ferntree Gully, a Melbourne suburb in the east. When she was three years old, her parents divorced. Lilydale High School was her alma mater. Frost went on to study Community Welfare at the Swinburne University of Technology and later at the University of Melbourne.
