Sammy Adams, also known as The Wiz and Boston’s Boy is an American rapper, songwriter and record producer. He was born on the 14th of August 1987, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. His interest in music started at a young age and by age 7, he began playing piano. He started self-recording songs on his computer around 2008, while studying in college. In 2009, he released the remix “I Hate College (Remix)”, which was based on Asher Roth’s single “I Love College”. The remix went viral and he followed with a string of remixes like “Poker Face Remix”, “Rollin’” and “Hard S***” which all were huge hits, earning thousands of views in a few hours. In 2012, he released his debut EP “Boston’s Boy EP”. The EP included the single “Driving Me Crazy” which was a huge success, ranking on top of hip-hop charts on iTunes. That same year, he collaborated with Enrique Iglesias on the single “Finally Found You”. In 2013, he released his second EP, “Homecoming” through RCA and 1st Round Records.
