Sarah McLeod is an Australian singer and songwriter born in Adelaide, Australia on February 1, 1973. She is best known for being the front woman of the rock band The Superjesus. In 1994 she helped form the indie rock band Hell’s Kitchen, which was later renamed The Superjesus. The band released three albums and have sold over 300,000 albums. In 1997 they won two ARIA Music Awards for Best New Talent and Breakthrough Artist – Single. In 2005 Sarah started her solo career and signed with the label Festival Mushroom Records. That same year she released her debut studio album titled Beauty Was a Tiger. The album charted at 31 on the ARIA Albums chart. She has since released the albums Live & Acoustic, Madness, and Rocky’s Diner. In 2010 she released her debut EP titled Untitled and in 2013 released her second EP titled 96% Love Songbook.
