Saumya Tandon Bio
A popular face on Indian Television, actress and TV presenter, Saumya Tandon was born on 3rd November 1984 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She completed her schooling at St. Mary’s Convent School in Ujjain before realizing her interest in acting. She started her career with modeling and was also the Runner-Up in the Femina Cover Girl Beauty Paegent in 2006. Her career began with the TV series "Aisa Des Hai Mera", which received considerable accolades. She even featured in an Afghani TV serial, "Khushi", in 2008. She became popular as a co-host with Bollywood megastar Shahrukh Khan on the show "Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout." She even hosted 3 seasons of the popular dance reality show "Dance India Dance." Saumya is best known for her supporting role in the hit Hindi film "Jab We Met." Her role in the comedy serial, "Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hain!" made her a household name in India.
