Hailing from Northampton, Massachusetts, Sebadoh is an American band that performs indie-rock music. The band consists of Lou Barlow on vocals, guitar, and bass guitar, Jason Loewenstein on vocals, bass guitar, drums, and Bob D’Amico on drums and percussion. Sebadoh was formed in 1986, and they released their debut studio project The Freed Man in 1989. Their discography includes the hit singles Flame, Not Too Amused, Soul And Fire, License to Confuse, and the studio projects Harmacy, The Sebadoh, and Defend Yourself. Their music was featured on the soundtrack of the motion picture The Glamour & The Squalor alongside fellow artists Better Than Ezra, Super Deluxe, Garbage, and Violent Femmes.
