Shawn Ashmore Bio
Shawn Robert Ashmore is a Canadian actor who was born on October 7th, 1979 in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. His twin brother Aaron Ashmore is also an actor and they were born one minute apart. Shawn attended Senior Public School and Turner Fenton Secondary School. Shawn’s main TV appearance happened when he appeared as the main character in 1994’s Guitarman. His act got him nominated for the Gemini Award. He is best known for appearing and starring in X-Men (2000) and later in X2: X-Men United in 2003. Both movies threw him to stardom. Next, he played as his brother’s double in My Brother’s Keeper in 2004. Shawn had to attend military school for three months before he starred in Cadet Kelly in 2002. His identical twin brother starred as Jimmy Olsen in 2001’s Smallville. Furthermore, he acted the role of Jack Joyce in the 2016 video game Quantum Break, Ashmore also portrays Conrad in the 2019 film Man of Medan.
