Shermanology Bio

The sibling trio Shermanology is comprised of Andy, Dorothy, and Leon Sherman, who grew up in the Netherlands a house that was extraordinarily inclined toward music. Their father and their uncles were involved in the successful group The Sherman Brothers, so it was not long before the younger generation began to show a passion for singing and production. Starting out with separate solo careers, Andy and Dorothy eventually decided to combine their efforts and form a duo, eventually appearing on a single by DJs Fedde le Grand and Funkerman entitled “3 Minutes to Explain”. The single was a hit in many night clubs, and was thereafter followed by the release of their own single “Hey You”, released in 2009. Aside from Fedde le Grand and Funkerman, Shermanology also had the opportunity to collaborate with Afrojack, Eddie Thoneick, and Chuckie, among others.

Constantly impressing audiences with their electric live performances, the duo has performed at such venues and events as Pacha and Flamingo Nights in Ibiza as well as the Mysteryland EDM festival in the Netherlands. After their initial success, they added Leon to the lineup in 2010, and he has since had the opportunity to perform alongside Andy and Dorothy at the big EDM festivals. In 2014, the dates for their European performances, which includes Belgium, Spain, and the Netherlands.
