Shohreh Vaziri-Tabar (who’s popularly known as Shohreh Aghdashloo) is an Iranian actress and television personality who was born on May 11th 1952 in Tehran, Iran. She was born and raised in Tehran.
Shohreh rose to nationwide stardom after she starred in The Report (1977) which was directed by the renowned Abbas Kiarostami. The movie won critics awards at the Moscow Film Festival. She is also known for her appearance in the 2003 film House of Sand and Fog and also for lending her voice for Admiral Shala’Raan vas Tonbay in the video games Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3.
