Sinitta Bio

Sinitta Renay Malone is an American-British singer, actress, model, dancer, and TV personality. Born on October 19, 1963, in Seattle, Washington. Sinitta rose to fame for her 1980’s single, “So Macho” and appeared in “The Xtra Factor.”

The 59-year-old entertainer first appeared as Frankie in the 1981 film, “Shock Treatment.” Her role paved the way for her in the industry. She was cast in many West End Productions, such as Cats and Little Shop of Horrors.

She achieved fame with the release of her hit single, “So Macho.” The song debuted at 59 on the UK Singles Charts and peaked at number2 after a few weeks below the top 10. The song spent six consecutive weeks in the UK Top 15. “So Macho” also hit the Top 20 in countries like Sweden and Australia, becoming the highest charting song of Sinitta.

The ebony beauty dropped her self-titled debut album “Sinitta” in 1987, featuring songs like Toy Boy, GTO, Cross My Broken Heart, and I Don’t Believe in Miracles. All songs achieved a level of commercial success across Europe.

From 2004 – 2016, she was the judge on “The X Factor Show” alongside Simon Cowell.
