Skylar Grey Bio
Skylar Grey is the stage name of Holly Brook Hafermann, an American singer, songwriter and record producer. She was born on the 23rth of February, 1986, in Mazomanie Wisconsin, U.S. He passion for music started at a young age and in 2004, she signed a recording contract with Machine Shop Recordings and two years later, she released her debut album called “Like Blood Like Honey”. In 2010, Hafermann co-wrote with Eminem and Alex da Kid the worldwide hit “Love the Way You Lie” by Eminem and Rihanna, for which she was nominated at the 2010 Grammy Award for Song of the Year. Her second album, “Don’t Look Down” was released in 2013 and it reached the top 10 on US Album Charts. She has written songs for several artists including G-Eazy, Christina Aguilera, Céline Dion and many more. She also co-wrote the hit single “Castle Walls” by Christina Aguilera and T.I.
