SLANDER Bio
SLANDER is an American DJ and producer duo formed in Los Angeles, California in 2010. The members of the duo are Derek Andersen and Scott Land. They are known for their style of music known as heaven trap. The duo met in while attending the University of California, Irvine. After graduating they both went to the music production school Icon Collective. They started playing gigs in college at parties and local venues. In 2015 they released their debut EP titled Nuclear Bonds through Diplo’s record label Mad Decent. They have since released the EPs Duality, Dilapidation Celebration, and The Headbangers Ball. The duo has played at the popular music festivals Electric Daisy Carnival, Nocturnal Wonderland, Ultra Music Festival, Sun City Music Festival, and Electric Zoo.
