SoFaygo Bio
Andre Burt, better known by the moniker SoFaygo, is a rapper born on October 3, 2001, in Atlanta, Georgia. He’s been rapping since he was young, playfully recording a song in a basement studio with his cousin. He truly began to pursue music as a career as soon as he graduated high school.
He started posting his music on SoundCloud, eventually releasing his debut project, WAR, in 2019. The project gained some steam, earning him popularity in the underground scene. Through mutual connections, Burt was connected to Lil Tecca and they began collaborating on a project. In 2020, he released the mixtape Angelic 7, which brought further attention to Burt. One of the tracks on that mixtape, Knock Knock, became Burt’s first big hit. It became viral on various social media platforms and has been played millions of times on Spotify. In 2020, he released the album, After Me, which was followed by two singles from that album, Everyday and Off The Map. The songs were received well, with millions of streams on various music platforms. This is the first album Burt released under fellow rapper Travis Scott's label, Cactus Jack.
