SoFloFooodie is a fully licensed recipe, food, and travel blog launched in 2016. It is owned by Shalean and Stephanie Ghitis. The recipe developers and content creators are best known for their viral recipe creations, including the Rainbow Unicorn Cheesecake. They have millions of followers across TikTok and Instagram.
Outside content creation, they are dedicated professionals in the field of education. Stephanie is a full-time assistant principal at a school for students on the Autism Spectrum, while Shalean works as a full-time school social worker at the same institution. Their passion for food and social media led them to start SoFloFooodie, which has now become a thriving business.
SoFloFooodie has worked with top food brands such as Pillsbury, Door Dash, Uber Eats, Taco Bell, Oreo, and Nestle. They were voted one of the top 10 food creators on TikTok in 2020.
