Sonam Kapoor Bio
Sonam Kapoor was born on the 9th of June 1985, in Mumbai and is an Indian actress well known in Bollywood films. A member of the prolific Kapoor family, she is the daughter of Anil Kapoor and her film career began in 2007 with her role as Sakina in the romance film, Saawariya.
Moving from romantic films such as Raanjhanaa, Bewakoofiyaan, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Khoobsurat, she then transitioned into critically acclaimed biopics, winning a Filmfare award for her portrayal of Neerja Bhanot in the worldwide hit thriller, Neerja and followed that film up with another biographic hit, Pad Man. With four films set to release in 2018, she is considered to be one of the highest paid actresses in Bollywood.
