Milner is mostly known for creating an internet site under the name Fashion Slave which in 2014 competed to win the Best New Fashion Blog Award in the Cosmo Blog Awards.
Milner began her career by graduating with a degree in journalism from Cardiff University. After that, Milner attended Central Saint Martins to earn a Master's degree in fashion journalism. After she finished her education, the beauty blogger and fashion journalist created the now known website, which began as a personal fashion diary.
