Stacy Francis is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and TV personality who performs R&B and soul music. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, United States, on April 16, 1969.
Stacy began her music career in 1991 when she began performing with a few of her friends in the group Ex Girlfriend. She made her theatrical and screen acting debut soon after with minor roles. Stacy became famous in 2011 when she competed in the first season of the reality series X Factor, which also featured Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger, Simon Cowell, and L.A. Reid.
As an actress, Stacy has appeared in the TV series Phil of the Future, Fastlane, Yes, Dear, Son of the Beach, Strong Medicine, Third Watch, and the film The Bonfire of the Vanities.
