Stanaj (Albert Stanaj) was born on February 12, 1994, in Albania. His musical styles vary greatly from Rock, Contemporary R&B, Alternative R&B to Pop. Although Stanaj was raised in New York City, he decided that he wanted to integrate his Albanian culture as well. He began singing English songs in high school, but he then made appearances in several Albanian music videos and performed in both the United States and Europe. He was inspired by artists like Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.
Stanaj became more well-known through his friendship with Drake, who he met while working on music video scenes. In 2016, he was signed into Lava Records. A couple of his popular songs include “Romantic” and “Ain’t Love Strange.” He got an opening role on Jojo’s 2017 tour, which helped him gain more popularity.
