Stars In Stereo Bio
Following the 2011 break-up of the L.A. based band City (Comma) State, guitarist Jordan McGraw, bassist Ryan McCormack, and drummer Drew Langan were eager to move on with a new project. They recruited lead singer Bec Hollcraft, a young singer returning from a record contract in Japan, and formed Stars in Stereo. The newly formed alternative rock band toured for most of 2012 and released their single “The Broken”. Relying on the expertise of My Chemical Romance’s Howard Benson for the production, they released their self-titled debut album in 2013, with the label Hundred Handred. The next year they released their next album “Leave Your Mark”. The group has been compared with Paramore, Icon for Hire, and Evanescence.
