Stephen Hague was born in 1960 in Portland, Maine, United States. He is a music producer, mixer, composer, and remixer. His active years were from the 70s to the 90s, pop, and rock - his musical specialties and he was a member of Jules and the Polar Bears, and Big Blue Ball. Hague is known for his collaborations with artists and performers such as Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Kinobe, Public Image Ltd., New Order, Robbie Robertson, Pretenders, Blur, Mariah Carey, A-ha, Robbie Williams, Erasure, Paul Van Dyk, Dusty Springfield, Anberlin, and many more. In the movies, he is known for his work on “Some Kind of Wonderful”, “A Most Wanted Man”, “Coneheads”, “Batman Returns”, etc.
