Steve Earle & The Dukes Bio

Born in January 17, 1955, Stephen Fain Earle or simply Steve Earle came from Ft. Monroe, Virginia. His music genre are mostly country, rock, and folk. However, he is more inclined into the roots rock music. Though born in Virginia, he was raised in San Antonio, Texas. By age of 11, he started playing the guitar. By age of 13, he was so great in playing guitar that he won talent contests. Later in his life, he moved to Nashville to pursue music.

Earle emerged in the music business around the mid-‘80s. His talent and prowess was noted, however, didn’t abide with the rules of Nashville or rock & roll and by the ‘90s, his career went down. But he was able to return to the music scene in 2007 with his “I’ll Never Get Out of This World Alive.” Then by 2013, he collaborated with The Dukes releasing “The Low Highway.” Then soon after, they released an album entitled “Terraplane” which was a blues-based music.
