Stitched Up Heart Bio

Stitched Up Heart is an emo rock quintet, comprised of Alecia ‘Mixi’ Demner (vocals), Merritt Goodwin (lead guitar), Nick Bedrosian (rhythm guitar), Randy Mathias (bass), and James Decker (drums), after extensive line-up changes. After years of playing the club scene in LA, the group signed to Another Century Records and released the single “Finally Free” (2015), which charted #23 on Billboard US Mainstream. Their appeal is somewhere close to a modern-day metalized Blondie.

Stitched Up Heart has released one studio album “Never Alone” (2016) and has also made several music videos, including “Is This The Way You Get To Hell?,” “Grave,” “Frankenstein,” “Finally Free,” “Monster,” and “Catch Me If I Fall.” They have toured so far with the bands New Year’s Day, Halestorm, Tool, and Godsmack.
