Sue Perkins Bio

Susan Elizabeth Perkins, better known as Sue Perkins, is an English actress, comedian, TV personality, and screenwriter best known for her work in television and film. She was born in Croydon, London, England, on September 22, 1969.

Sue began her TV and comedy career in 1997 when she joined the cast of the reality series Light Lunch. She has since been a recurring figure in the TV series Mel & Sue, Insert Name Here, Thronecast, Comedy Game Night, The Last Leg, The One Show, Patriot Brains, and The Great British Baking Show, which also features Paul Hollywood, Mel Giedroyc, Sandi Toksvig, and Prue Leith.

As an actress, Sue has starred in the TV series Hitmen, Dinotopia, and French & Saunders. She received a British Comedy Awards nomination for Best Female Television Comic.
