Suprême NTM Bio
Suprême NTM is a French hip hop group that was founded in 1989 in Seine-Saint-Denis by fellow rappers JoeyStarr and Kool Shen. Suprême NTM is well-known for representing the views of minority groups in underprivileged, "invisible" neighborhoods throughout Paris. NTM raises awareness of police brutality, racist legislation, and youth violence through the use of politically charged lyrics. Although later albums include funk, soul, and reggae influences, their musical style is predominantly hardcore rap. Together they released four studio albums: Authentik in 1991, J'Appuie Sur La Gâchette in 1993, Paris Sous Les Bombes in 1995 and Suprême NTM in 1998. After some years of break, they released J'reviens in 2009 and Sur le Drapeau in 2018. Among the duo's most famous songs we can find “Sur le Drapeau”, “Ma Benz” and “That’s My People”.
