Suraj Venjaramoodu Bio
Suraj Venjaramoodu is an actor, comedian, impressionist, and TV presenter born in Trivandrum, Kerala, India, on June 30, 1976. He has hosted Comedy Thillana, Jagapoga, Manampole Mangalyam, Comedy Super Nite, Deal Or No Deal, Funny Nights with Pearle Maaney, and Adi Mone Buzzer. He has served as a judge on Comedy Stars, Bhima Jewels Comedy Festival, Midukki, and Oru Chiri Iru Chiri Bumper Chiri.
Suraj has appeared in over 250 roles across films and TV series. He has won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Comedy Artist three times. In 2014, Suraj won the National Film Award for Best Actor for his role in the Malayalam film Perariyathavar.
In 2018, he won the Asianet Film Award for Best Character Actor for his performance in the 2017 film Thondimuthalum Drisakshyum. Suraj has won the Asianet Film Award for Best Actor in Humorous Role and the Silver Lotus Award for Best Actor. His acting credits include Annan Thambi, Veruthe Oru Bharya, Gulumal: The Escape, Sakudumbam Shyamala, Adaminte Makan Abu, and Driving Licence.
