T.J. Lang is a former American football guard. He was born Thomas John T.J. Lang on the 20th September, 1987. He started playing football at the Brother Rice High School in Birmingham, in Michigan. He attended Eastern Michigan University where he played as a defensive lineman. Lang entered the 2009 NFL Draft and got selected in the fourth round (109th overall) by the Green Bay Packers. Lang made his NFL debut against the Cleveland Browns. He was selected in the 2017 Pro Bowl. In March 2017, Lang signed with the Detroit Lions and was selected again to play in the Pro Bowl. In November 2018, he was placed on injured reserve and in March 2019 he was released by the Lions. At the end of the same month, Lang announced his retirement from the NFL.
