British Actress Tahira Amandla Sharif was born in South West London, England. She had a flair for acting and the performing arts since she was 6. To explore her love for performing, she joined the Brit School of Performing Arts in London at 16. To continue her acting education, she took up evening classes at the Identity School of Acting in London. In 2010, she made her debut in the short film, ‘See Me.’ in the lead role. She starred in multiple episodes of the BBC drama, ‘One Night,’ which made her popular in the industry and among the viewers. She performed with The National Theatre in the production, ‘Moon on a Rainbow Shawl.’ In 2013, she made her film debut as Rosa in ‘The Invisible Woman.’ She has several other films to her credit including ‘Pulsar,’ ‘Beautified,’ and ‘Escape The Field.’ Her claim to fame was the Netflix film, ‘A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding,’ and its sequel.
