Taissa Farmiga is an American actress. She was born on the 17th of August, 1994, in Readington, New Jersey, U.S. She made her film debut in 2011, playing in the movie “Higher Ground” directed by her sister Vera Farmiga. Two years later, she portrayed Sam Moore in Sofia Coppola’s crime film “The Bling Ring”. In the same year, she acted in two more movies “At Middleton” starring Andy García, and “Mindscape” in which she played the lead role. She holds credits in more than 12 movies including “Share”, “6 Years”, “Rules Don’t Play” and many others. In 2016, she made her stage debut in the Sam Shepard’s drama “Buried Child”. In the same year she co-starred with John Travolta and Ethan Hawke in the Western film “In a Valley of Violence”, which got very positive reviews. In 2018 she appeared in the horror film “The Nun”.
