Taveeta Szymanowicz is an actress born on June 17, 1996, in Toronto, Canada. She studied acting at Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts. As a child, she discovered her passion for dance, so she took ballet and jazz dance classes that developed her interest in stage arts. Her TV debut was in the Nickelodeon TV series Make It Pop, where she plays the role of Valerie Graves. Her first movie appearance was in the picture Every Day in 2018. She is well known for her roles in TV Series like Shadowhunters (2017), 12 Monkeys (2018), Letterkenny (2018), The Next Step (2014/2018), American Gods (2019), October Faction (2020), Dare Me (2019/2020), What We Do in the Shadows (2020), Hudson & Rex (2021). Her most famous movie roles are The Sweetheart (2018), Hometown Holiday (2018), Glamorous (2019), Remember Me, Mommy? (2020). Taveeta released her debut single “Resurrection” in 2017 and has been growing her music career ever since. She runes her own dance company when she was still in high school. The company called Liberum Dance Project hosts several workshops throughout the year.
