Taylor Sheridan Bio
Taylor Sheridan is an award-winning American screenwriter, director, producer, and actor who is best known for his writing work on the films Sicario and Sicario: Day of the Dead. He was born in Cranfills Gap, Texas, United States, on May 21, 1970. His career in Hollywood began in the late ‘90s when Taylor acted in the TV series Walker, Texas Ranger, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, and Party of Five. He has since acted in the TV series Star Trek: Enterprise, NYPD Blue, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Veronica Mars, and Sons of Anarchy. Taylor began focusing on his career as a screenwriter, director, and producer in the late 2010s, and since starting his career behind the screen, he has worked on the TV series Yellowstone, Lioness, and The Last Cowboy. He is best known as the screenwriter on the film Sicario: Day of the Soldado which features Benicio del Toro, Josh Brolin, Isabela Merced, and Catherine Keener. Taylor has won numerous awards including an American Indian Movie Award at the American Indian Film Festival, Best Director at the Cannes Film Festival, and a Western heritage Award for Fictional Television Drama.
