Tedeschi Trucks Band Bio

Tedeschi Trucks Band is a 12-member popular contemporary music ensemble mainly focusing on rock, soul, jazz, gospel, and country, led by married couple Susan Tedeschi (vocals, guitar) and Derek Trucks (guitar). They feature two drum sets, a vocal section, a small brass section, keyboards, and a bass guitar. It started out in 2008 as a touring band and featured in the 2010 album “Imagine Project” by Herbie Hancock, before releasing their debut album “Revelator” (2011), which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Blues Album. They also have produced two live albums and four more studio albums, including 2016’s “Let Me Get By”, which reached the 15th spot on the Billboard Chart. Their studio guests include the deceased Gregg Allman from the Allman Brothers.
